Simply Nutty Smoothie

What you need

1 cup milk (of your choice)
1 tbsp Simply Nuts Squeezy
2 tbsp low fat Greek yoghurt
¼ cup oats
1 frozen banana
2 medjool dates, pitted
Handful of ice
Cinnamon, extra oats and a squeeze of peanut butter to garnish

Instructions

Step 1.

Squeeze ¼ tablespoon of Simply Nuts Squeeze Peanut Butter inside the smoothie glass.

Step 2.

Place the remainder of the peanut butter and all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Step 3.

Pour into a glass and sprinkle over cinnamon, oats and a squeeze of peanut butter.
